Silverside Restaurant & Rum Bar is uniquely situated above Edenrock Diving Center, overlooking the beautiful George Town harbour with a full waterfront view. We pride ourselves in our fresh Caribbean fusion and vegan friendly menu, along with a variety of incredible cocktails, rums and wines. We offer both colourful and flavour-filled dishes inspired by the Caribbean and a fresh catch of seafood that are all motivated by local flavour and culture.
